Regional airlines Rex and Great Western have regular services. | By Car:The ferry to Kangaroo Island leaves from Cape Jervis on the Fleurieu Penninsula, 80 kms south of Adelaide. The ferry arrives at Penneshaw and Middle River is a 90 minute drive. | Roads on the island are predominently unmade. Some can be very rough, but a four-wheel vehicle is not essential. |
